(01) What we collect

When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture – or the name and email you enter if you sign up with email. When you place an order: your project details, answers and notes, the files you upload, and your mobile number if you verify it by SMS. We also receive a short description of your device (operating system and version) at sign-in, to identify your session. We do not collect your location or your contacts, and we do not track you for advertising.

(02) How we use it

To carry out your orders and keep in touch with you about them, to notify you when an order’s status changes, and to issue payment receipts. We never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

(03) Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our platform, who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database, and file storage), Google (sign-in), and Twilio (SMS verification).

(04) How we protect it

Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Your sign-in session is encrypted and kept in your device’s secure key store, and Google identities are verified on our servers. We never see or store your Google password.

(05) Your rights and deleting your account

You can change your name under “My account”, request a copy of your data by writing to us, and delete your account permanently from inside the app (“My account → Delete account”) or by emailing the address below. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data (your name, email, picture, mobile number, and Google account link), everything you wrote in your orders and the files you uploaded, and we cancel any orders that work has not yet started on. We keep the files we delivered to you and the order and payment records, with nothing that identifies you, because they are accounting records.

(06) How long we keep data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Files you upload stay for as long as their order exists, or until you delete your account.
